Terms of Service

By accessing or using the FF GLORY platform (ff-glory.xyz) ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and FF GLORY ("we", "us", "our").

FF GLORY provides an automated Free Fire Guild Glory bot service (4 dedicated bots pushing 2,00,000+ Glory points), instant profile likes, and TM Panel VIP Key distribution. The Service operates on a credit/wallet balance system where users deposit funds and launch automated sessions. We are an independent technology service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher.

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• One account per person. Creating abusive multiple accounts to exploit bonuses will result in termination.
• You are solely responsible for all activities and orders placed under your account.

• No Money Refunds: All payments made to FF GLORY via UPI, QR, or Binance are final. We do NOT refund money back to your bank account, UPI, card, or wallet once funds are credited.
• Automatic Credit Refund: If a bot session or vendor service fails due to a verified technical issue on our server end, the wallet amount is automatically refunded back to your FF GLORY balance instantly.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary cash value outside the platform.
• Wrong UID, wrong Guild ID, or account bans by game publishers are NOT eligible for refund.
• Filing a fraudulent chargeback after services are delivered will result in permanent ban. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, DDoS, or hack the Service infrastructure.
• Abuse the promo code system or submit fake payment UTR / Transaction hashes.
• Harass or abuse our Telegram customer support team.

All branding, logos, and software associated with FF GLORY are our proprietary property. All game titles, trademarks, and logos mentioned are property of their respective copyright owners. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
