Refund Policy

⚠️ Important Notice: FF GLORY has a strict NO MONEY REFUND policy. Once a payment is completed and credits are added to your wallet, the amount is non-refundable in cash, UPI, or bank withdrawal. Refunds are issued strictly as automatic wallet credits if our server engine fails to deliver.
1 No Money Refunds
All payments made to FF GLORY for wallet deposits, guild glory bots, instant likes, autolikes, or panel keys are final. We do NOT return cash back to bank accounts, UPI, cards, or Binance wallets for:
  • Change of mind after depositing or ordering.
  • Accidental purchase or selecting wrong validity plan.
  • Entering wrong Player UID, incorrect Guild ID, or wrong server region.
  • In-game account actions, publisher bans, or maintenance delays by Free Fire.
2 Automatic Wallet Credit Refund (Engine Failures)
If a bot session or vendor key generation fails due to a verified server issue on our infrastructure, the exact balance used is automatically credited back to your account wallet. No manual claim is needed.
3 Pending Payments & Verification
If funds are deducted from your UPI or Binance app but credits are not visible within 15 minutes, send your UTR number / Transaction ID to our official Telegram support. Once verified, the exact deposit will be credited to your wallet balance.
4 Chargebacks & Fraud
Filing false payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank/UPI gateway after receiving digital services will lead to permanent blacklisting of your IP and associated accounts.
